My name is Drick Ward.  I am currently a licensed real estate broker in Southeast Virginia, I am a Realtor at Neptune Realty.  I began as a real estate investor in 1987 and then licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1989.  After working in the industry for a few years, I inactivated my license to work in IT management in the franchise sector and left the area in 2002.  Throughout this time, I continued to build my portfolio and increase my training and education in real estate as a wealth building strategy. 

In 2003, I returned to Virginia Beach and have been working as a real estate investment advisor, property manager, and am currently a broker with Neptune Realty.  Why choose me to represent you?  My technology background gives me insights and efficiencies to help my buyers and sellers.  My extensive knowledge of the area benefits buyers and investors.  My creative thinking and problem solving skills benefit everyone I represent to create a win:win.

Helping people.  As simple as that.  Real estate transactions can often seem more complex than they should be.  I enjoy helping people with real estate transactions; whether it's the purchase of your first home, buying or selling investment properties, or just locating the best value for your needs in the housing choices available.  I’m also a REALTOR^®, which means I subscribe to a higher level of professionalism with a code of ethics and standards of practice that other real estate agents do not abide by.
