Full Service Residential Property Management
If you are leaving the area temporarily, having difficulty selling your home
in the current market, or if you want to use rental property as a strategy to
build wealth, you may be interested in knowing more about the services I can
provide.
Managing a rental property yourself can be more time consuming than you
anticipated. It's also nice to know that you have someone with experience
not only handling problems when they arise, but anticipating situations to avoid
problems that many homeowners run into when they don't have professional
management in place.

Questions You Should Ask a Prospective Property Manager
- Are you a member of NARPM (the National
Association of Residential Property Managers)?
- How often will you inspect my property?
- Will you give me advice on changes to make my property rent faster (and
possibly for higher rent)?
- How quickly will you get rental proceeds to me and will you deposit the
funds into my bank account?
- Will you be available when I have questions about my property?
- How many years of experience do you have as a landlord and/or property
manager?
- If I prefer to manage the property myself, do you offer an option to
just find tenants for me?
- How involved will I be in decisions about tenants and my property?
- What does your lease do to protect me as the owner?
