- Are you a member of NARPM (the National
Association of Residential Property Managers)?
- How often will you inspect my property?
- Will you give me advice on changes to make my property rent faster (and
possibly for higher rent)?
- How quickly will you get rental proceeds to me and will you deposit the
funds into my bank account?
- Will you be available when I have questions about my property?
- How many years of experience do you have as a landlord and/or property
manager?
- If I prefer to manage the property myself, do you offer an option to
just find tenants for me?
- How involved will I be in decisions about tenants and my property?
- What does your lease do to protect me as the owner?
